Before joining Adams & Associates, David Gonzalez began as an American Red Cross disaster volunteer, and worked as staff Director of Volunteers for the Broward County Chapter, American Red Cross of Florida. He then served as manager of Volunteers for the American Red Cross at its National Headquarters in Washington DC. The American Red Cross manages over 1 million volunteers and volunteer programs throughout the United States.In addition, he served as program designer for Health Assistance Partnership in Washington DC, managing and designing their nationwide volunteer programs.
